How we handle guide evidence
A useful guide should show where a claim came from and where its certainty ends.
Different sources answer different questions
Official announcements and patch notes are the starting point for stated game changes. Community posts can describe player experiences, but a report from one player may not apply to every build or save. Third-party extracts or summaries are leads to check against their original material, not independent confirmation. We describe an in-game result as our own test only when that test is actually documented.
Dates and conflicting reports
A source's original date tells you when that information was published; a page's edit date tells you when the guide text changed. Neither date alone proves that advice still works in the current game build. When credible sources conflict, we keep the disagreement visible and identify the affected builds or conditions where possible.
AI and maintenance
AI may help gather leads, organize sources, and draft wording. It cannot replace a checkable source or an actual game test. We revisit pages when new evidence or a useful correction calls for it; there is no fixed update or response schedule.
